This is a blog about living with my Boyfriend in continental Europe

If you thought moving in with your Boyfriend was a difficult-enough task, then try upping sticks and moving to the ‘Continent’ before you do it. In Brussels (which is not in France for all those of you who imagine I live a life of elegance and grandeur) life is a teeth-gritting trial of cutting through the grime of a northern European city. Yes, there are croissants baked on a daily basis, and cafes where you can happily sit for more than an hour reading without feeling the pressure to move on, but it’s a city that works on strange laws and runs on different vibes. Add to the troubles of not being where all systems and workings of a city are familiar to you, a co-habiting Boyfriend, and you get the gist of the stories in this blog….
